This is a selection from all the Avgoustiatis plots, tank fermented and then put for 4 moths in 2nd use of oak
Thw wine shows full on vibrant approach, nice colur, fresh and forward, blue berries, some VA in the back, floral notes.
Palate shows tannins, very fresh, grippy, lacks balance, med body, needs time (and possibly a different approach), not that pleasant as it is, med finish

The wine shows robust colour.
In the nose, the wine shows fragrant profile, red berry notes, cranberry notes, tight and dense.
Palate shows tight tannins, cranberry notes, strawberry notes, med body, med to high acidity, tight and grippy that I am not sure if they will ever settle down

The wine shows fully evolved colour.
In the nose, the wine shows fully evolved profile, red fruit, ripe and dried, cranberry notes, old oak notes, oxidation notes. There is a certain strong floral note emerging next to forrest floor and camphora.
In the palate, the wine shows the same pattern, dried red cherry notes, the tannins are still there, still grippy, cranberry, the wine shows oak frame. The wine shows tobacco notes, sweet spice notes. There is a candied red cherry note, med to full body, med to long finish. With a bit more time and air, the wine gives a rather sweet maraschino cherry and cherry liqueur note.

In the palate, the wine shows rich dark fruit, the carbonation is very high (sort of ruining the balance), high acidity, very tight overall. The wine shows black cherry notes, mineral. The very weird thing is that the wine shows a rather soda-like texture, very linear and vertical for a Pinot noir champagne, med finish
