    France, Champagne

    Nose of strawberry, watermelon, and raspberry, lots of very fine bubbles formed a tidy mousse, bright red salmon color in the flute, very tasty, elegant, refined, nice tension on the mid palate, lovely strawberry perfume on the finish and lovely, long aftertaste.

    Lovely Chardonnay nose, fresh perfume, old rose fragrance, slate, pear, peach, the perfume continued on and on for 75 minutes, medium/big body, at peak, very tasty, elegant, complex-like a fruit salad on a summer day, rich citrus fruit, mouth filling fruit, lovely, medium/long finish, long, long, long lovely aftertaste.

    Nose of black cherry, red cherry, spring flowers, roasted Sumatra Coffee, and black currants, same on the palate, big body, rich fruit, lovely fruit, mouth filling fruit, elegant, refined, mature, lovely, medium/long finish with a long, lovely aftertaste, amazing at 40 years of age!!!!!
