Well this is terribly interesting. As they described it, not oaky and not buttery - although it might be on the edge of buttery. The lemon and jasmine kind of pop out at me. Description says - fresh and clean soil, lemon balm, tarragon, jasmine, thyme. Matt says he tastes candy corn. Got an extra bottle.
This is a new one for me. I messed up the tasting because I had bites of Matt’s pizza first. And then steak. But this seemed vaguely Merlot-ish. I am getting the vanilla. It is really great with the food 😂
Blackberry, huckleberry, black olive, asphalt after rain, iodine, & vanilla.

This is 2021, I have 2020 bottle in the cellar. Nice dryness, might need a bit of air. Kind of a beefy red, maybe some stone red fruit
