In the palate, the wine shows an evolved profile, red dried cherry notes, earthy profile, sweet spice notes, the wine shows some tannins still there. The wine feels a bit dry, light to med body, med to high acidity, med finish. The acidity is the key here, lean, vertical wines, some leather notes too.

The wine shows density, layered, showing much breadth and depth. The wine shows some floral notes, quite dark and a bit heavy as well. The wine shows again the warm biscuit notes of the 2016 Cheas tasted right before. In the palate, the wine shows high acidity, the tannins are quite strong and austere still. The wine shows all shorts of small red fruits from raspberry to cherry to pomegranate, lively tannins. The wine shows tart texture, still very fresh, bold flavours, long finish Give it time

The wine feels tight and austere still, very dense, round sweet fruit but not a “sweet” wine overall. There is a strong sweet spice frame with the fruit holding the supporting role. There is also a pink-grapefruit-acidity note hiding somewhere here. The wine feels a bit earthy as well. In the palate, the wine shows a vertical profile, red cherry notes, raspberry notes, red cranberry notes. The oak is again right here, center and front adding sweet spice notes. The wine shows med body, the acidity is high, adding a certain vibrant tartness, med to long finish. Still quite youthful.

The wine shows a stalky herbal note right in the middle adding freshness. The wine shows smoky mineral notes. In the palate, the wine shows a rather round profile, red ripe cherry notes, the tannins are there, the acidity is high, tart raspberry notes, lip smacking texture. The wine ends with a med finish.
