Deep garnet core, medium rim. Fresh nose, red fruited, fragrant. Touch of iron. Light/medium bodied, red fruit, earth, a touch skinny with crisp acidity and a medium/good length firm finish. Decent thoough and has held up well.

From Magnum. Deep garnet. Classic claret nose showing blackcurrant fruit, smoky mineral, black olive. Medium bodied, quite round with soft tannins, dark fruit, smoky mineral, touch of tobacco, some sweetness coming through, fresh acidity, good length finish. Lovely.

Deep/opaque ruby. Youthful nose, blackcurrant, vanilla, some violet nites. Medium bodied, blackcurrant fruited, vanilla, fresh acids, fine tannins though a touch dense currently with a slightly firm finish. Needs a bit more time but nice wine.

Nose is quite fragrant with red and black berries, touch of cedar. Chocolate too. Medium bodied, quite open and accesible with supple tannins, red and black berry fruit, cedar notes, good length ahrmonious finish. Drinking well.

Deep dark fruited nose, cigar box notes. Quiet rich yet with freshness too. Medium bodied, balckcurrant fruit, cigar-box again, fine tannins, fresh acdity - this has great length and finishes very well. Excellent, touching outstanding - and no particular hurry.

2/2, double decanted 3 hours (taken to offline). This has a quite yourhful, plush nose with blackcurrant fruit, vanilla, touch of chocolate. Medium/full bodied on the palate, quite layered and relatively rich (cf to other vintages) this has dark fruit, vanilla, touch of smoky mineral, spice, soft tannins, fresh acidity and a good length finish. Excellent, drinking well, no particular hurry.

Quiet developed, cedary red fruit. Medium bodied, red-fruited, notes of tea, slightly firm tannic spine, fresh/vibrant acids, perhaps a touch lean on the finish.

Opaque ruby, very anrrow rim. Youthful nose, rie fruit, vanilla, touch of mocha. Medium/full bodied, blackcurrant, vanilla rich and still quite firmly tannic with a crunchy, slightly constrained finish. Needs more time..

Nose is a touch reserved with cool, dark fruit, touch of smoke and ineral. Pencil lead. Quite classic in fact. Medium/full bodied, blackcurrant fruited, firm but fine tanninc spine, correct acidity, good length is still slightly closed finish. Lovely cool fruit. Needs a few more years.

This has a lovely open, fragrant nose, with ripe mulberry fruit, violets, touch of spice. Medium/full bdoied, layered and quite voluptuous with soft tannins, fresh acidity and a very good length, harmonious finish. Very enjoyable now but no hurry.

Developed, lightly oxidative (walnut), yeasty. Ginger spice. Fine mouuse, red apple fruit, quite oxidative on the finish.
