Made with 85% Gamay from Beaujolais and 15% Pinot Noir from the Côte d’Or, and this works wonderfully well. Ripe but fresh, well defined, polished cherry fruit, energetic and elegant, hint of cream, papery tannins, good length. Lovely wine.
