Rich, almost rancid. Aroma of blackcurrant leaf and wet straw. Crystallised orange, fresh Lemon and lime flavours. A touch of rosemary. Amazing how a wine can be so funky and yet so exquisite at the same time.

Charcoal and tar aroma. Smooth, complex plummy, prune herb flavour with good acid. Slight touch of mint. Exquisitely balanced between mellow black fruits, richness, spice and oak. 14.3% alcohol (didn’t register at all - completely integrated). Unique.

Nitrogen gas is used to move the lees in tank. But it gets no oak.
