    Paired well with ceviche course. Hint of green apple. Nice way to start the degustation dinner and refreshing departure from heavier champagnes or sparklers. We found this in Paris and brought home. Buy!

    PnP. Drinking beautifully in the peak window. Stunning crisp color with scent of lemon. Distinctly a Leeuwin chardonnay with mineral, free of oak and butter. 10 to 15 more years.

    Out of 375 ml. Slow ox for 30 minutes. Dense on the palette. Dark color with black currant with chocolate notes. Modest tannins, developed nicely in the glass over time. Unlimited potential

    France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Saint-Julien

    Out of 375 ml. No decant, slow ox for 3o minutes. Peak drinking window. Very mature with a earthy bouquet. More Tertiary flavors of leather, cedar, licorice. Medium weight on the palette. 10 to 20 more years.
