Light bright golden yellow. At nose evokes notes of dried figs, wax, tropical fruits and agrumes. Aromatic at taste, rich, powerful and full bodied with fruity notes. Acidity, sugar, sapidity perfectly balancing for a saline infinite ending on a caramelized background. 154gr./lt. Young but yet impressively powerful and ready. One of the best vintage ever.
Golden yellow. Caramelized figs, ripe apricots, a deeper and riper nose than the 2023, yet similar. On the palate is more precise, sharper, less voluminous and greasy. Perfect balancing and endless finish. Perfect cool and dry season.
Light amber colour. Dark footprint at nose: chestnut honey, dates, salted caramel and some tertiary notes: saffron and paint. On the palate is less aromatic, more compact, with sugar and sapidity not fully amalgamated. 120gr. Rainy season with fruit flies
Amber colour. Autumn nose: barley sugar candy, dried apricots and a light fumé background. some tertiary notes: enamel. On the palate showing a perfect balance between sugar/acidity/sapidity. 130gr. Cool and dry season.
Dark topaz. Evolved nose: chestnut honey, panettone and barley sugar. Saffron. On the palate an elegant bitterness and almost clorine sapidity overwhelm the silky mid palate. Closing on gentian notes. Cool and humid season with fog.
Very pale yellow, almost white. Green peach, lavender and agrumes. Very nice acidity, diluted by a Sauternes accent. A pleasant floreal note is evident on palate too. Very long sapid ending.
