Strawberry, saline, vanilla, thyme, cinnamon, iron. Reminds me of MSD. Clean fruit with no funkiness. Not super fruity, not very acidic considering volcanic terroir. Very smooth. Med body, med acidity, med+ length, med intensity, med+ complexity. 13% ABV
Very Burgundian. Natural but not funky. Raspberry, pine forest, forest floor, meaty savory. Slightly rosehip. Med body, med acidity, med+ length, med intensity, med+ complexity. 12.8% ABV
