These are the best of Serralunga and great value; masculine, powerful, spiced; winery is dug into the Serralunga ridge, modern and clean;
Slavonian/Austrian botti and tina; 30m ageing, oak is steamed not toasted; Vigna Rionda needs 6y ageing, always a Riserva; since 2015 oak fermentation as well with temperature control; 3w or shorter maceration depending on year; two botti per vintage for Vigna Rionda, 12k bottles;
