A decent-sized pour to start a tasting. Clearly young, with citrus, crystalline acid, yeasty brioiche and some round oak. Impressive for its young age.
I hope this wine improves with age. At this stage it is primary, grapey and young. If anything, it tastes like a cheap party wine and does not have the structure or flavor profile of a cabernet sauvignon. The estate says "enjoyable in its youth" so maybe this is what it is.
Well, compared to the Othello at least this tastes like cabernet. Really young cabernet. Bell pepper and black pepper stand out amongst the red fruit. I'm glad I haven't opened my 2018's yet.
Decanted 4 hours. The quality is obviously here, its just too young. Nice fruit, not over the top, herbaceous with bell pepper. This will likely be a great Dominus some day, but not today.
4 hour decant. Slightly more complex than the 2023, with tobacco and earth making a presence. The nose is a bit shy and the palate has pretty fruit. I agree with 3 day that there are elements of Bordeaux in this.
3 hour decant. Finally here are some secondary flavors. Slight leather, menthol, bordering on magical and clearly still not fully developed, but very enjoyable to drink now.

2 hour decant. This might be fully resolved, or at least resolved enough. Violets, menthol, leather, there are layers of structure and fruit.
