NM with plots throughout the region. Reductive-style, PN mainly with Chardonnay, Meunier; steel fermentation mainly; small and large oak used for vintages; malolactic; Joyau Blanc is 10pc wood vinified with oak elevage for 11m with 7-10y lees; oak elevage only used for 10pc of wines; ex-Burgundy white barrels used;
Regular, untechnical tour with a large group. Joyau is drinkable but unexceptional. Not a lot of terroir expressiveness given the vineyard blending, wines were perhaps over-balanced and felt "toned-down", perhaps bland.
