    2021 disgorgement. Very lees driven with very ripe apple and lemon oil. Lees element continues on the palate with good body and breadiness note apple peel and, interestingly, bergamot. Very nice and in a good spot.

    Shy nose with some apparent oak and apple peel and some cream. On the palate there is a interesting dynamic here with a quite dry lean apple and lime core but around it and seperate lactic overlay. Finish has long acidity. Fruit somewhat receded and not integrated with oak / lactic elements but at the same time quite drinkable.

    Gorgeous nose of cherry, iron and rose. Really lovely impressive and fragrant. Puts a smile on your face. On the palate tangy and inky cherry fruit. A lot of coiled energy, juicy and delicious. Tannins there but ripe. Great wine.

    Pretty nose blueberry, black pepper and charcuterie. Very primary given the age - smooth blue fruit and some spice. Very clean and delineated. Initially feels young but broadens with time. Delicious and impressive.

    Wow. Great nose - deep blue fruit, and is it the steak or the wine but this has a sort of great meat nose. Someone has cracked some light pepper. Amazing nose.
    Very intense spicy fruit palate. Very rich and deep but also a little tannic. Very impressive
