  • 2025 Pdc Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Brut 90 Points

Italy, Veneto, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze

Tasted on 5/9/2026 during an individual tasting session at PDC Winery.

On the nose pear, green apple, melon, white flowers, slight linden, intensity medium+. On the palate acidity high, alcohol felt a bit more, minerality very high on the palate, melon and peach aromas dominant. Possibly the most melon-driven prosecco I've had. Fruitiness on the palate is quite high. Balanced and enjoyable wine. Score: 90

  • 2025 Pdc Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry 90 Points

Italy, Veneto, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze

Tasted on 5/9/2026 during an individual tasting session at PDC Winery.

On the nose peach, nectarine, intensity medium. On the palate acidity high, minerality high, sweetness present. They call it a sweet wine with 20g of sugar but I'm not getting a sweetness level that bothers me; a slight sweetness comes through on the finish, which is to be expected. They matched it with crumble cake; the cake didn't have much going for it and the pairing was unsuccessful. But as a dry-style wine, despite being sweet, I liked it. The sweetness is quite balanced, not bothersome, and even nicely feeds the fruitiness and body. Score: 90

  • 2025 Pdc Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Extra Brut 91 Points

Italy, Veneto, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze

Tasted on 5/9/2026 during an individual tasting session at PDC Winery.

On the nose much more intense compared to the others - lemon, lime, sour apple, pear. On the palate quite mineral, very low sugar. There is 2g but it tastes like 0. The cleanest wine on the palate, quite balanced, aromatic intensity close to high, mousse is great. Very enjoyable. Score: 91

  • 2025 Pdc Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Extra Dry 92 Points

Italy, Veneto, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze

Tasted on 5/9/2026 during an individual tasting session at PDC Winery.

On the nose nectarine, peach, sweet pear, intensity close to high. On the palate acidity high, the sweetness's aromatic profile is very balanced, finish close to long. Despite the high sugar level, with its minerality and aromatic profile, I think this is the producer's best prosecco. Score: 92
