    Tasted on 5/16/2026 during an individual tasting session at Tribaut Winery.

    On the nose pear, slight herbaceousness, a bit of sweet aromas. On the palate the sweetness on the finish is a bit too much. As the aromatic profile is a bit weak, the sugar comes across as more pronounced (6g of sugar). Acidity is nice but with the weaker aromatic structure, it doesn't quite meet expectations on the palate. Score: 86

    On the nose minerality, pear, slight herbaceous aromas. On the palate mousse medium, sweetness again comes through on the finish. The 100% chardonnay character is felt, but the palate's aromatic structure is again a bit weak. Still, would drink nicely as a seafood companion. Score: 86

    On the nose full mineral, citrus, fruity aromas present. Intensity close to high. On the palate mousse is the best among the lineup; here the sweetness doesn't intrude, instead contributing to the body and feeding the aromatic profile. Finish close to long. The winery's wine I liked most. Most balanced and complex. Score: 91

    On the nose cotton candy, raspberry, red fruits, slight minerality. On the palate mousse nice, red fruits quite balanced, combined nicely with yellow fruits like pear. Mineral driven. Balanced, enjoyable wine. Score: 90

    On the nose off-aromas present here too at first. Slight hazelnut/peanut, but waiting brings the off aroma back, becoming bothersome. On the palate yellow fruits dominate, leaning toward peach and apricot. Sweetness here is more balanced on the palate. If the off-aroma intensity on the nose weren't so high, this could have been a better wine. Score: 87

    Balanced both on the nose and palate; on the palate the off-aroma coming through from underneath has some effect. Apparently this kind of aroma is specific to Chardonnay. This aroma is a bit bothersome in this one too. Score: 87
