  • 2025 Garbara Col Fondo 91 Points

    Italy, Veneto, Valdobbiadene

Tasted on 5/9/2026 during an individual tasting session at Garbara Winery.

Color cloudier than the others. On the nose different aromas, linden, honey, more reminiscent of semillon, mousse quite nice. On the palate similar to the nose. Compared to classic proseccos it has a much more floral structure, the apple-pear ratio is much lower (it is 100% Glera). I liked the palate style; original and different in style but a pleasant wine. A true value-for-money wine. Score: 91

  • 2025 Garbara Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Zero 92 Points

Italy, Veneto, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze

Tasted on 5/9/2026 during an individual tasting session at Garbara Winery.

On the nose yeast, apple, pear, green fruits, intensity medium. On the palate sweetness is zero, mousse fills the mouth, acidity high, mineral driven, slightly mushroomy aromas, the freshness on the palate is very nice. Fruitiness high. A true prosecco, the dry profile is an extra plus. Score: 92

  • 2025 Garbara Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Extra Dry 89 Points

Italy, Veneto, Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze

Tasted on 5/9/2026 during an individual tasting session at Garbara Winery.

On the nose there's an almond aroma, which is apparently expected; intensity lower on the nose than the others. On the palate sweetness is noticeable compared to the others, slight sweetness here. With the sugar's support the alcohol is more balanced and the body is higher, but the sweetness has somewhat suppressed the aromatic intensity. Good wine, but Extra Dry doesn't quite suit our palate style. Score: 89
