Tasted on 6 December 2025 during an individual tasting session at Perdix.
On the nose: cat’s pee, white flowers, perfumed notes, slight lilac, medium+ intensity of aromas. On the palate: high acidity, medium intensity of aromas, medium finish; tropicals at the start, strong minerality on the finish; aromatic intensity close to high; balanced and layered. Has all the characteristics that I wait from a SB. Really good wine.

On the nose: jasmine, rose, honeysuckle, floral-bouquet profile, medium+ intensity of aromas; mango-like tropicals. On the palate: medium+ acidity, medium body; aromatic intensity balanced with acidity; finish close to long; easy-drinking, pleasant; 14% alcohol not noticeable, but does not have the generic body and aromatic intensity at the palate for the grape of the Bornova Misketi.

On the nose: tomato paste, slight brick dust, dried plum, medium intensity of aromas. On the palate: black olive, dried sour cherry, tomato paste, brick; tannins high and a little bit sharply angular and persistent; medium body, medium finish; integrated oak. Needs more aging, however not sure body and intensity may fully support long evolution or not.
