In the nose, the wine shows fresh vegetl profile, minty, herbal notes, the red fruit is way in the back, quite len and almost vertical, some liquorice notes.
In the palate, the wine shows tart profile, tight tannins, clove, nutmeg, some peppery notes, raspberry notes. The wine shows chocolate notes, a bit earthy, clove-like spicy again, full body, long finish. The wine shows elevated acidity, much more vibrant than what the nose suggests

As old school as it can be, the wine shows very bold profile, dark fruit, very dense core, some herbal notes, all the sweet spices one could think of.
The palate shows again dense fruit core, dark cherry, thick spice/oak frame, the wine shows acidity, full body, varnish, med to long finish. It is more elegant and juicy than the nose though
