    70% Assyrtiko 30% Xinomavro, 6 years on lees
    Not giving away much, rather numb, no fruit, a few citrus notes maybe, some candied notes too.
    Palate shows a very sugar/candied white fruit note but rather dry in the same time, med+ body, high carbonation, med finish
    A bit difficult to have on its own

    The wien shows VA profile, a few stalky notes, oxidative, some sweet notes as well
    In the palate, the wine shows a very aggressive profile, highly oxidative, very dry, fruit-wise is more on the dry peach/nectarine side, warm, med body, high acidity, med finish

    Would I like to taste a young vintage of this ? Sure
    At 75 euros, its a very steep price tag though
