  • 2024 Arnot-Roberts Sauvignon Blanc Ascona Vineyard

    USA, California

Light yellow green. Rich orange and grapefruit without much varietal greenness. Lovely creamy texture. Pure fruit, outstanding acidity and soil. One of the best California Sauvignons I’ve had. Excellent.

  • 2024 Arnot-Roberts Trousseau

    USA, California, North Coast

Pale red. Perfumed red fruit and anise. Light but some flesh. Black fruit with some subtle sweetness, licorice, high acidity and soil. Interesting wine that certainly captures the spirit of Jura reds.

  • 2024 Arnot-Roberts Pinot Noir Peter Martin Ray Vineyard

    USA, California, Santa Cruz Mountains

Light ruby. Fennel and blackberry. Strong whole cluster/soil imprint. Medium weight dark red and blue fruit, high acidity, tannic finish. Serious, lean, and tight. Excellent potential in a decade or more.

  • 2024 Arnot-Roberts Syrah Clary Ranch

USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast

Clear ruby. Fragrant anise and fennel whole cluster profile. Lighter weight. Tart, earthy black and blue fruit, high acidity, tannic finish. Nice inner mouth florals. Elegant, nervous wine that needs a lot of time to round out. Potentially excellent.

  • 2024 Arnot-Roberts Cabernet Sauvignon Clajeux Vineyard

USA, California, Sonoma County, Chalk Hill

Ruby. Strong black olive scents. Medium weight, nice feel. Tart black cherry, high acidity, substantial tannins. Really saline and mouth watering. Full of soil, green, herbal finish. Very young and hard for me to judge its potential.
