Flight 1 (1 Note)

  • 2025 Kavaklıdere Misket Pendore 89 Points

    Turkey, Ege Bölgesi

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; more herbal and vegetal aromas, pepper, light grass, aromatic intensity was above medium at first but started to decline with air. On the palate; acidity is high, lemon, lime and citrus are more dominant, aromatic intensity is medium, with light rose on the finish. Aromatically weaker than a classic Misket, drier in style, with acidity more in the foreground. Could work as a food pairing wine, but did not satisfy as a Misket. More in a Sauvignon Blanc profile.

  • 2024 Salla Estate Misket Vrachanski 83 Points

    Bulgaria

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; very unusual, full of spices, nutmeg, light cinnamon and some sesame. One of the most unusual white wine noses I have encountered. On the palate; that spiciness is definitely not present, with mastic gum and a somewhat artificial yeast aroma instead. Finish is medium, aromatic intensity is medium. Evaluated as a Misket, it does not show the characteristic profile at all. The aromas on the nose were also somewhat disturbing. The most different example in the series.

  • 2023 Domaines Schlumberger Muscat Les Princes Abbés 88 Points

    France, Alsace

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; light Japanese adhesive, some menthol, mint and eucalyptus, dominant enough to suppress the other aromas. On the palate; better than the nose, with peach, nectarine and stone fruit dominant, plus a light apricot jam aroma. Finish is medium plus, body is medium. Without the dominant nose issue, the palate would be satisfying, but again outside the standard Misket profile. With time, it weakened significantly on the nose and declined a bit on the palate as well.

  • 2025 Lermonos Bornova Misketi Rindera 90 Points

    Turkey, Western Anatolia, Denizli

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; floral and tropical, sweet fruits and flowers, aromatic intensity is medium plus. On the palate; acidity is medium plus, aromatic intensity is approaching high, finish is medium plus. The wine closest to the Urla Bornova Misketi profile in the lineup. It was personally appealing. The only shortcoming is that it would be much better with a bit more body.

  • 2025 Sevilen Misket İsabey Bağları 87 Points

    Turkey, Ege Bölgesi

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; light iodine and salinity are in the foreground, with the iodine note suppressing the profile a bit. On the palate; it has an oily texture, the finish is approaching long, but aromatic intensity is medium. Bubble gum is dominant and gives an artificial feeling. A different wine, probably Misket, but it may be from outside Turkey and again was not particularly appealing.

  • 2024 Les Crêtes Moscato 86 Points

    Italy, Valle d'Aosta, Chambave

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; intensity is medium. On both the nose and palate, aromatic intensity is medium, somewhat outside the classic Misket profile. Acidity is in the foreground, finish is medium, body is medium. A clean wine, but the lower aromatic character reduces the drinking pleasure.

  • 2024 Hatziioannou Golden Jackal 91 Points

    Greece, Aegean, Samos

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; stone fruits, apricot jam, kumquat, light cinnamon, orange peel, with high aromatic intensity. The nose is quite different and so far the most promising in the series. Outside the classic Misket profile, but very beautiful. On the palate; the aromatic structure is quite nice, finish is approaching long. Honey, linden and honeysuckle notes are present. Outside classic Misket, but both the profile and structure were very appealing. The best wine of the series so far.

  • 2008 Corvus Vineyards Bornova Misketi 90 Points

    Turkey, Bozcaada

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

The darkest wine in color, deep yellow. On the nose; a very different profile, ripe fruits, sourdough bread, coffee and light yogurt. On the palate; quite clean, with alcohol a bit noticeable. Hazelnut is present. Probably a very aged wine. Despite this much aging, there is no fault, no tiredness or decline. Considering its style and where it has arrived, it is impressive that it aged this long. As a Misket, though, it does not carry the profile at all. In this state, it is much closer to a Chardonnay profile.

    Turkey, Ege Bölgesi

On the nose; white flowers, light peach, tomato leaf, aromatic intensity is medium plus. On the palate; acidity is medium plus, body is medium, finish is medium. A clean wine, but without much aromatic intensity or depth. Faultless, but more standard.

Flight 10 (1 Note)

  • 2011 Manns Wines Koshu Solaris Koshu Koshu 82 Points

    Japan, Chūbu, Yamanashi

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team. The color has the strongest green tinge in the flight. On the nose; Cajun spice, light pickle and a ketchup flavored potato chip note create a very unusual aromatic profile. On the palate; the same character continues, with the savory potato chip note becoming too dominant and a touch of sweetness in the background. Drinking pleasure is low in the context of the flight, as the aromatic structure is not particularly appealing and the savory snack like character does not work well.

  • 2025 Acritas Wines White Muscat 91 Points

    Greece, Aegean, Samos

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; both floral and herbal, reminiscent of a wine we have tasted and liked before. Could be from the Urla region. On the palate; acidity is high, the aromatic structure has both citrus and fruitiness, and the finish is approaching long. Similar to the first wine in the lineup, with quite high minerality and acidity. A beautiful wine example, but outside the classic Misket profile. In addition to this acidity, the aromatic character on the finish is quite nice. Could be from Urla or Samos Muscat.

  • 2025 Statera Bağcılık Bornova Misketi 88 Points

    Turkey, Ege Bölgesi

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; intensity is low. On the palate; acidity is medium at first, finish is medium, body is medium. The aromatic structure is not bad, but overall it came across as a simple wine. With a bit more time it opened up. Aromatic intensity on the palate is medium, acidity is high. More of a food pairing wine.

  • 2024 Sevilen Misket İsabey Bağları 87 Points

    Turkey, Ege Bölgesi

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; aromatic intensity is medium. On the palate; the wine with the most rose driven character in the series, florality is high. The finish is a bit bitter, and the alcohol brings a slight bitterness at the end. There seems to be a bit of a balance problem.

  • 2021 Coutsodontis Winery Pét-Nat 84 Points

    Greece, Aegean

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

Pet nat. On the nose; light sourdough, tomato leaf, with a structure that was also quite different today. On the palate; the aromatic structure is a bit disturbing, with a slight spoiled grape aroma. Seems to have a light issue and may be a bit past its time.

    Italy, Piedmont, Asti, Moscato d'Asti

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

Classic Asti. Low alcohol, high sugar, exactly like an Italian soda. Good for Asti, but definitely not personally appealing.

    USA, California, Napa Valley

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; herbal aromas, pepper, exotic fruits, intensity is high. On the palate; semi sweet, and the aromatic profile carries the sweetness quite well. As a sweet wine, its balance, aromatic structure and finish are quite successful.

  • 2024 Sevilen Muscat Late Harvest 85 Points

    Turkey, Ege Bölgesi

Tasted on July 4, 2026, as part of a blind Misket tasting with the Tadinda Dunya team.

On the nose; sweetness is perceptible. On the palate; sweetness is quite high. The aromatic character covers some of the sweetness, but body is medium. Complexity is not there yet. It may improve with aging, but in its current state it is a bit too sweet and tiring.

    USA, California, Central Valley, Madera

On the nose; rose water, cherry, cranberry and red fruits are dominant. On the palate; alcohol is low and sweetness is in the foreground. It feels more like grape must than wine. Some may like it, but it is definitely not personally appealing.
