    Robe dorée, ambrée. Nez de coing, bouche encore bien vive, fraîche, opulent, belle finesse. Il en a encore sous la pédale, le bougre.

Flight 2 - Syrah, série "Jeune" (3 Notes)

    Décanté 2 heures, secoué. Robe un peu pâle pour une jeune syrah, nez un peu fumier de poule, cassis. beau toucher en bouche, tendu, en dedans, bien jeune. à redécouvrir dans 4-5 ans.

    Robe trouble. Au nez, on pense reconnaître un vin bio, avec peu de soufre, rappelle celui d'une cuvée "pascal" de Gramenon, ou encore une mémé du même domaine. Pas typique du tout d'un cornas. Nez de framboise, en bouche, belle concentration, quelle matière! Sensuel, féminin, élégant, et c'est un cornas. Un vin qui pinote, comme tout ce que l'on fait de bon. Patience avant la prochaine et dernière.

    De Flat. Carafé la veille. Issu d'une parcelle plantée en 1870. Opulent et exubérant, richissime. Par rapport aux syrah septentrionales, on est sur une autre galaxie.

    Nez d'écurie, pas désagréable. Belle acidité en bouche, charmeur, ample. Tanins bien fondus. Délicieux.

    ouvert 2 heures avant la dégust. Non décanté. Un vin à maturité, tout en équilibre, puissance, finesse, soyeux en bouche, ample et d'une belle longueur. C'est beua l'équlibre. Superbe.
