Drank befor X-mas dinner. Had with Apps. and start of dinner A roughly 60-40 blend of Zin and Syrah. A little acidic and hot on the tip of the tongue. Great ripe red and berry fruit taste. Would recommend for a bigger fruit wine.
Drank during X-mas dinner- center loin pork roast. Very well made Paso Bordeaux blend and easy drinking wine. Was a little apprehensive with this wine- but ended up wowing me. I would buy another bottle if I could find it.
Final wine of the night at X-mas dinner. A different syrah than what I'm used to, but good. Very light in the glass- but full of red fruit flavors. I'm used to blueberry, smokey, meaty syrahs- this was not that. Again a good wine that was food friendly and drank well on its own after dinner.
