2006 Mongeard-Mugneret Burgundy Tasting

This was an opportunity to taste through many of the '06s from a producer whose wines I typically enjoy. They're well made wines, for the most part quite young and tight yet (unsurprisingly). The complexity and depth of the '05s is missing, and while better than the '04s, this is not a vintage I expect to be buying. Definitely wines that I want to check in with again, however, in another 5 to 7 years.
