AWSLA Tuscan Club Kitty Event

An American Wine Society L.A. Chapter event, led by AWSLA Chair Keith Mabry, and featuring the pizza and Tuscan cooking artistry of Chef Kitty Shannon. The delicious pizzas she created in the oven she designed for Rachel's place included bacon, gruyere, butternut squash, carmelized onions and thyme; and figs, blue cheese and carmamelized onions. The antipasto she created included roasted tomatoes and goat cheese, mushrooms with fresh Mozzarella and Carmody, grilled Tuscan vegetables, and fabulous pulled pork with beans and lentils . Dessert included a chocolate espresso pudding with Mascarpone. One of the major things I miss about L.A. is getting to taste my dear friend Kitty's cooking on a regular basis.
