Introduction

Another Martin Weiner tasting of great Burgundies, this time featuring the Chambertin Grand Cru and its close neighbors, as interpreted by Rousseau, Girardin, Trapet, Esmonin, Groffier, Faiveley, Mommessin, Leroy, Roty and Claude Dugat. As usual, Martin made our dinner for the tasting--Boeuf ala Chambertin, roasted potatoes Quercy, fresh snap peas and spring carrots.
