Randy went crazy throwing out the red carpet for Francesca. Grilled pizza on the first day that feels really like spring. Lots of groppi's itallian sausage, but a great, white z with fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil. For this the Gravner Ribolla was amazing.

opened up and was showing pretty restrained. obviously big golden rich yellow. Medium- acidity. amaretto, hazelnut. nicely placed touch of astringency. ashy and awesome.

acidic cherry nose. light liquorice lift. medium body. nice fruit tannin. oak doesn't really make a presence. medium acidity. nice balence and structure. touch of astringent.

along side some napolitane biscotti from sciortino's bakery. at first sherry notes present, but they blow off. seaside savory. sweet biscuit toast. whoa. we've given my friend more than a bit of her home country.
