Decomposing cherries, wet undergrowth, lovely sweet leather notes, candied currants. Undoubtedly new world with dainty sweet fine tannins that evaporates on the palate with stewed fruit tea leaves. Stunning balance but still having that classis aussie kick yet retaining delicate elegance. Very well made and enticing wine.
Delicate cherries and some sherry bristol cream, also a light touch of leather. Good showing of italian cat's pee and brambles. Alluring and good drinking.

Gobs and gobs of ribena pastilles with lots of round ripe blue and black fruits, spiced plums, black licourice candy, dried prunes, dark chocolate and smoky caramel. Extremelyn jammy and fruits. Does open up with more spices on the nose with time. Initially with too much sweet tannins and without enough structure to hold up but with airing this got more livelier with more lift. A typical parker wine to the extreme with dense kopi "gao" palate wrapped around a core of round juicy ultraripe fruit. Very raw now but drinkable without dying of diabetes. Needs bbq food and sweeter sauces helps bring up the better side of this wine. This wine is not up my alley but shows some potential and will be a crowd pleaser. My last drops of this showed more evolution so maybe this really will improve with time?

Pungent , lemon candy. Taste of butter oak and warm yellow fruits. Not bad.
