These were enjoyed over multiple days. The Cremant originally accompanied carne asada tacos, with homemade salsa and guacamole. The Breggo accompanied a pork tenderloin with red currant sauce.
NV Tissot (Bénédicte et Stéphane / André et Mireille) Crémant du Jura Indigène 90 Points
France, Jura, Crémant du Jura
This Cuvee was the Indigene which was was terrific. Nutty leesy flavors with red apple, limestone and lemon...it's got bracing acidity, but is fairly rich in a slightly oxidative style..held up well on day 2.

2007 Breggo Cellars Pinot Noir 90 Points
USA, California, North Coast, Anderson Valley
Traci opened this to accompany a pork tenderloin with red currant sauce...I thought a Zin would be better and I was probably right - first time for everything! Tasted over 3 days. Dark cherries, earthy, mushroom compote, a little spice and underbrush. It's a very nice Pinot Noir that is rich but light on its feet with enough stuffing to drink on its own but with enough structure to enjoy with food. By day 3, it was a little oxidized but still the earthiness came through..excellent.
