Made from 100% Muscat d'Alexandrie, this wine is aged on its lees for 3-4 months prior to bottling. Pale yellow in colour with a green tinge, I found aromas herbaceous and mineral aromas. The palate is very dry and shows a very acidic finish.Not particularly complex.
Made from 100% Marsanne, 40% of this wine is fermented in new French oak barrels for one month, then aged in the barrel on lees for a further four months with regular batonnage. The remaining 60% is fermented in stainless steel. The two components are blended prior to bottling. Pale lemon in colour, this wine shows wildflower, peach and slightly nutty aromas on the nose. The palate is rich and full, with a hint of honey on the finish.
Made from 100% Xarel-lo, which is mainly used for the production of Cava, this wine is fermented in French oak barrels and aged with lees until bottling. Pale lemon in colour I found earthy, slightly vegetal aromas on the nose. The palate is very crisp, with a hint of stone fruit and some creaminess. Nicely round on the finish.
