Slightly fuller colour. Kerosine nose. Ripe and fruitier and fuller. Obviously ripe but not an out and out 03 - the classical Beyer style seems better suited to taming the excesses. Drink rather than cellar, but no hurry. ***1/2

Floral nose, rounded, impression of being only just off-dry. Ripe, rounded finish. Richly dry rather than any sweeter. Lovely, would make a good aperitif or richly-sauced fish wine. Buy. ***1/2
