Our house

Our best friends and we got together again and opened really great old burgundy wines.
Just a greet and meet and enjoy hearing the stories of the week and what our children are up to.
Surf and turf combination, copper river salmon and filet with grilled vegetables and fancy locally grown wild rice.
3 cheeses for dessert with fruit and other "gluten free" cookies and pastry.
We will think of another theme and see each other soon.
1992 Domaine Leflaive Bâtard-Montrachet 96 Points
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru
Decanted for and hour. The color was very rich and defined. Color was clean and clear and did not show its age. The aftertaste went on for ever, slightly nutty, lots of fruit and well integrated.
