Bright grey-green silver. Pleasant suvignon blanc nose, gooseberry, tomato plants, etc., some minerality. Fruity and refreshing, good balance, pleasant on its own, medium length.
Bright green-gold. Very restrained nose, buttery, unmemorable, eventually coming up with sauvignon blanc characteristics. Fruity and quite full, lacking acidity, needs food, bitter finish, medium length.
Deep bright green-gold. Intense honeycomb aromas with waxy and citrus notes, wonderful. Stone fruits, gently balanced, elegant mouthfeel, smooth, good length.
Just transparent with a hint of age. Strawberry jam, very attractive and inviting. Luscious fruit, soft tanninsand with a very good balance, quite light, mature, medium length.
Opaque and with no age, inky purple. Lanolin, farmyard, youthful, maturing beautifully. Intense, black cherries, balanced but still youthful, great length.

Inky purple with no age. Youthful, rather confected, restrained, a hint of ripe fruit,subtle, very spicy. Intense fruit, maybe over-extracted, quite tannic, full, maybe trying too hard to be wonderful, quite long.
Light grey- gold. Sweet fruit, honey and sweet dairy notes. Sweet fresh fruit and acidity, calling for a light dessert, pretty long finish, not for keeping too long.
