10/3/2009 Decanted Magnum in am and seemed perfect using Vinturi Aerator. Rebottled after aeration. Paired well with Mushroom Salad w Ponzu dressing.Soft Pinot flavor.

Used for Bouillabaisse stock, so appropriate to try with it. Perfect pairing with Bouillabaisse stock made from it.

2004 Hundred Acre Vineyard Shiraz Summer's Blocks Ancient Way 93 Points

Flight 4. Decanted for 3 hours. Wasn't as fabulous as last week, but held its own vs a vis the 98 Grange. I really don't have a preference, nor do I think Mike did.

Flight 4. Decanted for 3 hours. Very good but not superior to the 2004 Hundred Acre. This wine has not met my expectations the two times I have tried it.
