Flight 3 - Pinot Night (2 Notes)

Eclectic choices at the Carnero's Bistro...private room served us well. Among the starters were pumpkin soup, tuna tartar with pomegranate seeds, ahi tuna. Entrees included duck confit, stugeon, sea bass, ahi tuni and vegetarian selections

  • 2006 Pahlmeyer Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 92 Points

    From the magnum, the 2006 has really come together. After bottling, it was out of sorts, but a little bottle time has really helped. Not quite at the same level as the 2005, but brought smiles and aha's to the group. Elegant, clean and great balance
