Popped and poured. Nice nose - soft candied (in a good way) plum, Christmas spice, a little herbal and medicinal greenness. Smooth, elegant, CREAMY. Silk. Perfect age. Not at all heavy. Integrated tannins, fairly light, medium acidity, medium+ body. The whole package really comes together here. I'm amazed that the reviews here are so lukewarm, but I tend to prefer the leaner and greener style. $105
