We all thought the Champagne was great. Gotta start drinking more of the stuff. The Chateaubriand is my new favorite. It went well with the Hecula but not as good a pairing as with the 2005 Sabor Real Toro Viñas Centenarias Crianza over at Steve's in September. There were a few more whites in the mix that I have neglected to mention or record.
