Why would Eric have to moderate a NWR forum? Don't we (the collective community on CT Forum, and the Mega trackers in particular) self moderate everything anyway for Eric? And given the low "foot traffic" CT Forum gets compared to every other wine forum, I really don't think it would be opening up that big a can of worms.

Seriously, outside of the inconvenience to ourselves having to switch forums, I really don't see this as a big issue other than if it posed any kind of inconvenience or technical challenge for Eric.

Hmmm...didn't know that was part of the job description. May need to ask for a pay raise.

I think he means that we're the biggest a-holes.

Having just spent two days in the cellar of one of the biggest, most generous a-holes on this board, I consider that a term of endearment.

I didn't think there was any other way to interpret it.

Is there a way to just have your wine friends show? I have few on there, but would like to have a separate section.
In groups you can get individual posts but not the whole group. It's a lot of clicking, so I do not bother.

I had to stop posting my TNs on FB as too many civilians were becoming concerned about my "delicate condition." god, I loved that Gleason film!

+1 I never really started, because many of my FB family and friends would certainly have called for an intervention/casting out of demons.

Google + would be better than Facebook for social media revolving around wine. That way you can create a "circle" as they're called dedicated to wine discussion. You can create a wine group in Facebook but everybody that's a friend can still see postings to the group.

I was using TW's home computer and they were going onto her page, she was pissed because her friends started commenting. 2/3 of them were hers, she hates to be outed. So I just post hers with mine unless they are so bad I do not want to be outed that I drink plonk.
Google+ would be better. I am getting rather tired of FB, I do not need to see tweets of "I just went to catch the bus."

A lot more: Cars and Bikes, Dogs and Cats, Hot Babes and Hunks, Work and Play, Vacation, I Work Too Much, How to Post a Pic. There is more to life than just drinking although it helps in the enjoyment of the others.

I read the thread on how to post a pict 3 times. I still don't get it, yet I somehow did it twice. memories!
