I'm waiting for more than 3 months for my order with www.chateauonline.com to be delivered by them! On the site they still promise to deliver outside of France, in fact they clearly don't. I've had to call and mail them myself already over 5 times, everytime they come up with the same excuse that they do not have couriers to deliver outside France, that they are working on it, no apologies, no improvement. What an arrogance and mismanagement, as if there are no couriers in Paris!!!! www.chateauonline.com clearly thinks that foreign customers are not to be taken seriously. In order to get your order in, you need to pay first. So do not do that, choose another wine webtrader (tip: use www.vinopedia.com or www.winesearcher.com to find the one that suits you)!! Good luck!
