I’m not buying any current vintage Bordeaux. My plan is to just load up on 2010 Bordeaux which I can readily find ar reasonable prices that I can enjoy over the next 15 years which will be about the time the 2016, 2017 & 2018 are just getting ready to drink. The prices in most cases for the 2005-2010 Bordeaux’s I’m buying aren’t that much more expensive. I have a great local source for aged Bordeaux and I pay him cash and don’t pay tax or shipping. Current things I bought and prices are: 2010 Canon la Gaffeliere $98 2000 Canon la Gaffeliere $125 2009 Monbousquet $62 2005 Leoville Barton $125 2010 Larcis Ducasse $133 2005 Branaire Ducru $80 Just a few examples but the current vintages that need years of storage aren’t that much cheaper. If I were younger I might be buying a few current vintages but for me my strategy is perfect. Rick
