I have searched and read all posts on inserting pictures here. I have a Flickr account and uploaded images. I still can not figure out how to post. Help is very much appreciated.

On Flickr you have to make sure the privacy setting of the picture you want to share is "Public" ("open" the picture and scroll down to "Additional info")
Otherwise it is the same as mentioned above; click on Share, get the BBCode and copy/paste.
