In the next few days, CellarTracker will pass an exciting milestone when more than 100 MILLION bottles will have been added to the system! While it is a great milestone, it will create a small housekeeping item for a tiny subset of our users, as our barcodes will extend to 10-digits from the current 8-digits. I just finished emailing 540 users that have either (a) generated barcode data on CellarTracker for CSV export and possible printing on Avery labels or (b) printed barcode labels on a Dymo printer using a custom label template. If you are still printing on custom Dymo templates or are generating Avery barcode labels, you will need to revisit the current label templates you are using to handle the longer barcodes. (Please note that your existing barcodes will continue to work just fine, but new barcodes over 100,000,000 will wrap/clip incorrectly unless you update your templates.) New templates have already been deployed over the past few months, and these are available via our support website. The specific help topics are below: https://support.cellartracker.com/article/12-customizing-the-dymo-templates https://support.cellartracker.com/article/14-printing-avery-labels After you review the help topics above, if you have further questions about this, please feel free to reply to us at support@cellartracker.com.
