Another week of plumbing as I pretty much rewrote all the code that handles making changes to the database. Much more maintainable now. Transaction logged (but not exposed in the site UI yet). Various other small bugfixes.

Transaction logging
Keep a transaction history of all edits done on the web site.

Move editing to SPROC's
I moved lots of logic from ASP to SPROC's for editing wines, tasting notes, reviews, purchases and inventory. When adding or editing wines I now validate more aggresively and reject empty input for country, varietal and producer. I now block deletions when another user's data is affected. I now clean up the aggregate tables daily and also make sure that these tables are better kept up to date when deleting.

BUGS: Miscellaneous
All grouped reports were broken for the guest login. Doh! Bulding an advanced filter on Region and Reviewer was broken (a subtle bug I introduced with my SPROC rewrites).
