I wanted to provide a quick overview of a number of updates, enhancements, and fixes we've been working on over the past few weeks, since not all will be obvious!

Tasting Stories
The tasting story creation and editing flow has been completely revamped! Those of you who use tasting stories may already have noticed the drastic overhaul, but for those who haven't, we encourage you to check it out! A tasting story is just a collection of tasting notes, usually from a single event or united by a common theme. In addition to the visual refresh of the process, we've added support for bulk assigning tasting notes to flights (previously this was one-at-a-time), and split the process into a 3 step flow (similar to adding/drinking wines).

You can take a look by editing your existing stories, or creating a new one, from this link:

Bulk Value viewing/editing
We have a view where you can see a full valuation breakdown for your wines; listing your values, auction data, community values, and your prices for each wine in one place. You could also update your values in bulk, however only for 750ml bottles.

I'm happy to share that we've just made a number of enhancements to this view:

1. The new bottle sizes we recently added are now supported on the bulk valuation view (as well as some other sizes that we previously had, but weren't shown in this view).
2. The filter dialogs actually work and allow you to choose filters.
3. The "dirty form" warning is added, so if you try to navigate away with unsaved changes, it'll prompt you.
4. You can change the "bottle size" filter, and if you go to the edit mode, the input boxes will allow you to edit the values for that specific size! This is probably the most helpful change, as you can now bulk edit values for sizes other than 750ml.
5. Sorting by price/value will sort by the size you are currently filtered to.

For example, to edit values for all 1.5L bottles in your cellar, you can use this link:
https://www.cellartracker.com/list.asp?BulkEdit=true&ShowFilter=1&Table=BulkValue&Size=1%2E5L

Store list enhancements
We've had many requests to allow suppression of certain stores from the store drop-down list; as stores come and go, or purchase behaviors change, the list of "active" stores you use may shift over time. Previously, to remove a store from the drop-down list, you had to remove it from all associated purchases -- and this would mean you lost a little bit of data from your historical records.

To address this, we've made two small changes:

1. When adding a new bottle, the store list is filtered to only show stores from which you've purchased in the past year. When editing an existing bottle, the full store list is shown.
2. If you start typing into the store box (when adding a bottle), the autocomplete will search your full store list. This should help you find stores that you may not have used in a long time, without cluttering up the drop-down by default.

Other fixes
1. The "Minimum notes" and "Minimum users" filters on the Tasting Note (summary) reports now correctly work on 2 and 3 level reports.
2. Sorting by quantity on the mobile app now works correctly.
3. We've made a number of internal database changes that should help with performance in a handful of scenarios.
4. We've completed integration with the new JebDunnuck.com.
5. You can now report bad/incorrect images directly from the wine detail page on the mobile apps.

Enjoy, and please let us know if you run into any issues with these updates! Many of these were prompted by user feedback -- we do appreciate hearing your thoughts on how we can improve!

But I was so hoping to see the announcement of multiple user Tasting Stories.

Is there any chance that could ever happen?

Maybe, but it isn't a priority at the moment.
