So I am always a,axed how iOS 8.x and apparently whenever an update comes to OS X.x that the words you worked hard getting the system to LEARN, are suddenly flushed down the toilet. My Vino pal has been unable to run since CT mobile got the photo via Vivino app integrated. Anybody else able to run Vinopal on iOS 8.x post the Vivino addition?

Even trying to get app help on the App Store kicks me to the netherworld.

VinoPal is working on my iPad (iOS v 8.3), but I don't have the CT Mobile app installed on it.

Maybe delete and reinstall?

Sounds like a personal problem, Dave.

Just checked mine. I am on the latest and greatest version of everything. Vinopal, CT app, OS - everything at the latest release and no issues at all.

Well, other than a dearth of really good bottles. I only need a few thousand wines with progressive drinking windows to get me through.

This is exactly what I did and all is well on the iPad. It was just kicking me off and saying it couldn't find my profile. A delete and re-install corrected things just fine now.

Our mobile app has NOTHING to do with Vinopal. Zip. Zero. So the notion that our app upgrade would break VinoPal strikes me as very unlikely. I would expect to hear from Joakim if there was an issue on the CT side.

It was the clearing of all my cache and cookies when iOS updated most recently. It just happened to be around the same time the vivino addition was rolling out, so I was just curious. It was an easy fix, much like resetting the time machine on Mac or anything after clearing the entire cache and internet history.

Reviving this. For the last couple of days, when I open Vinopal, it says no bottles found and then crashes. Can other users of Vinopal verify if this issue is just me. My past efforts to contact Vinopal have been futile so I’m not even trying.

Oooo, I was probably mispronouncing it. Now I get it - I have vino pals in Connecticut, Central Florida, NYC, Philly, and Central/Northern NJ.

Did you try deleting and re-adding the app and logging back in? Did you change your CellarTracker handle or password along the way?

Reviving once again. Vinopal wasn’t accepting my login. I deleted and re-added but when I try to login it says no network connection.

Why do people post about support issues in a non-support forum? And on a product that is built by a different company? Please, this is all we can offer: https://support.cellartracker.com/article/58-about-vinopal

The intent of my post was to find out if any other users are experiencing the same issue. I was not expecting tech support on this.
