So we need to decide on the wine theme for the two dinners for the Tampa wine Spring Break #3 . We have one dinner with Theme A and the Second with Theme B.
This is also a case of picking the wine first and the getting menus to match the wine. (Not a course by course pairing per se as we tend to be so overkill in that every bottle is opened at once. :))

Power vs. Finesse - Wines that pop versus those thats expresion is from subtlety
Old World vs. New World - The classic contrast
Team USA vs. Team Europe - too bad for South America, Africa and Aussie/Kiwi land
Single Grapes vs. Blends - Wine made from 100% of one grape vs wines with more than one.
Old Age & Treachery vs. Youth & Vigor - Older vintages 1998 or older vs more recent ones where the wine is not old enough to drink in the US.

Based solely on where I think we're heading for wines (some sourcing is still getting confirmed), our vote would be either of the first two.

Also don't like the last one. Not fun to drink a bunch of very young wine.

Let's keep voting to participants, at least that is my vote.

However if anyone wants to send wine to the event for group evaluation they should vote.
