How do I generate a report that would show cost/value..........going from widest margin to lowest margin?

You start with the most basic by turning on display of PRICE AND VALUE: https://www.cellartracker.com/displayoptions.asp
It looks like you are good there.

Beyond that, use the SUMMARIZE BY dropdown to see price vs. value in aggregate. Or export to Excel if you want to do match to show the delta: https://support.cellartracker.com/article/29-exporting-data
