Hey,

Lets pick a date and get this on the schedule. Then we can worry about a theme.

I'll throw out a date. March 17th?

It's St. Patrick's day...

I can't do the 17th- in Vegas for March Madness. I meet up with High School and College buddies every year since I was 22 (now 32) for the 1st 2-rounds.
Maybe the weekend before? Or end of Feb?

It's also the middle of the Paso Robles Zin Festival (for those of us who like Zin)

17 March works for me.

As for a theme, I'd like to throw out a ringer and a zinger - one wine that flies so far under the radar yet is unbelievably tasty/elegant, and one that has all the accolades. All wines tasted double-blind, points tallied. It's always fun to see how they rank. Over the past decade, I've learned as much from these tastings as just about anything else.
