I just consulted "What to drink with what you eat" and they have several recommendations: Barbaresco, esp. with stewed rabbit, Barolo, esp. with stewed rabbit, Beaujolais, Bordeaux- red, Chardonnay with grilled, Chianti, esp. Classico, Chinon, Cote-Rotie, Merlot, Pinot Noir esp. lighter and/or Oregon, Rioja, Shiraz, and Zinfandel. I hope you find something that will make your meal special.
